Return Policy

• Physical Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a possible return or exchange.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of crochet patterns and downloadable files are final. We do not offer refunds for digital items.
  

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for physical products returned in their original condition. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
